Lee Sedol defended Kuksu title
29, January Lee Sedol 9p beat Mok Jinseok 9p by resignation and defended Kuksu title for next year with score 3-1. Mok Jinseok in last years have great results, but unfortunately he can’t win any title.
Mok Jinseok again show his favor san-ren-sei opening. The fight looks good, but IMHO black 33 looks passive. Latter he start complicate fight with black 97, but situation was difficult. With white 122 Lee Sedol capture huge group and was leading a lot. After 150 moves, Lee Sedol won by resignation.
