My Mission, Credo, etc.
On the web there are plenty of websites where you can found results of the pro tournaments. When I was student and had plenty of free time I could compete with them. Recently my free time is limited, so in 2010 I decided to change my approach to writing posts on this blog.
Recently my mission is not to publish news about pro tournaments, but writing some stories about important matches in finals of baduk pro tournaments. Credo of the website is to publish sometimes later from few days to few weeks after event, but adding some value to the Readers.
Why Haengma?
If you’re read posts of this blog before, You known that my primary interest is Korean Baduk scene, so this was natural for me to use korean baduk term for name of the blog. I decided to use Haengma, because it is a difficult term which combine flow of the game (global direction of the play) and technical approach to reading and solving local problems.
It’s like a math :) Calculus is beautiful itself, but if you use it describe well known physics laws then you’d see another level of beauty. Far beyond the first one.
